References to "AxeRocket", "we", "our", or "the platform" refer to Feltan Associates Pte Ltd and its digital services operating under the AxeRocket brand.

By using AxeRocket, you confirm that:

• AI-generated career intelligence reports
• labour-market insights and analytics
• Layoff Radar labour-market monitoring
• directories of experts, recruiters, and other professionals
• TalentPool statistical insights and platform analytics

These services are provided for informational purposes only.

4. Nature of the Platform

AxeRocket operates as an informational and analytical platform. The platform provides insights, data analysis, and directories intended to support user decision-making.

AxeRocket does not provide employment placement services, recruitment services, or hiring intermediation.

Users remain solely responsible for any career, employment, or professional decisions they make based on information obtained from the platform.

5. Not an Employment Agency

AxeRocket does not operate as an employment agency, recruitment intermediary, or placement service within the meaning of applicable employment agency legislation, including the Singapore Employment Agencies Act.

Specifically, AxeRocket:

• does not process job applications
• does not submit candidate applications to employers
• does not transmit CVs or candidate profiles to recruiters or employers
• does not arrange interviews or hiring processes
• does not negotiate employment terms or compensation
• does not place candidates into employment roles

Any engagement between users and recruiters, employers, experts, or other professionals identified through the platform occurs independently outside the platform.

6. Professional Directories and Expert Listings

The platform may include profiles or listings of experts, advisors, recruiters, or other professionals.

These listings are provided for informational discovery purposes only.

AxeRocket:

• does not endorse or guarantee the services of any professional listed on the platform
• does not verify professional qualifications beyond publicly available information
• does not act as an intermediary for professional engagements

Experts are solely responsible for any professional services they provide outside the platform.

Users must conduct their own due diligence before engaging any professional.

7. Recruiter Membership

Recruiters may subscribe to platform membership tiers that provide visibility within the AxeRocket ecosystem.

Recruiter membership features may include:

• profile listings
• visibility within relevant client reports
• access to aggregated TalentPool statistics
• the ability to broadcast job opportunities or networking events

Recruiter reports are provided as part of membership benefits and are not sold separately.

Recruiters must ensure that all broadcasts and communications are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

AxeRocket reserves the right to suspend or terminate recruiter access where misuse of the platform is detected, including:

• misleading job broadcasts
• fraudulent or deceptive recruitment activity
• attempts to circumvent platform rules
• harassment or misuse of user information

8. User Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for:

• evaluating information provided through the platform
• verifying opportunities and professional credentials
• conducting their own due diligence when engaging third parties

AxeRocket is not responsible for any professional engagements, employment relationships, or contractual arrangements entered into by users with third parties identified through the platform.

9. AI-Generated Content and Data Sources

Certain reports and platform insights may be generated using automated systems, artificial intelligence, and structured data analysis.

While reasonable efforts are made to improve the quality of these outputs:

• AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies or omissions
• market data may rely on third-party sources
• insights should not be treated as definitive advice

Users acknowledge that platform outputs are informational analytical tools rather than authoritative guidance.

While we strive to maintain reliable service, AxeRocket does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted platform availability
• error-free operation
• uninterrupted report generation

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features where necessary.
