AxeRocket's refund and cancellation terms.
Client Reports
Client reports may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the report has not been accessed.
Once a report has been opened or accessed, refunds are generally not granted. This reflects the nature of the product - the intelligence is delivered and consumed upon access.
Expert Membership
Expert memberships are billed annually and are generally non-refundable once platform access has been granted.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Recruiter Membership
Recruiter memberships are billed annually and are generally non-refundable once platform access has been granted.
The personalised recruiter-specialism report is included as a feature of membership and is not sold separately. This feature does not have an independent refund claim.
